About Us

In 2012, Hurricane Sandy resulted in unprecedented devastation of the New Jersey shore. The damage ranged from minor damage to complete destruction of many homes which drew Frankoski Construction southward to help residents’ recovery efforts with house raising, repairs, renovations, and rebuilding in the hard-hit area.

Frankoski Construction South is located in Lavallette, New Jersey and led by Anthony Frankoski, a 40-year construction veteran who has been a homeowner at the Jersey Shore for the last 22 years. The company has completed numerous residential and commercial projects, and as construction of residential units reaches all-time highs, we continue to build on our reputation as a premier Jersey Shore Home Builder. Anthony and his highly skilled team are well-suited to address the intricacies involved in house raising, high-end home repair, and the complex projects of shore construction.

Experienced Frankoski estimators furnish bids quickly. Our project managers use the latest technology, pay close attention to safety and ensure quality work at every stage. The ability to self-perform any portion of the general construction helps keep projects on schedule and within budget.

History

The firm was founded in 1950 by Stanley and Antoinette Frankoski as SP Frankoski Carpenters.

Stan and Toni understood the importance of forging long-term relationships built on value, trust and satisfaction in a job well done — and so do we. In the words of a longtime client, Frankoski combines “absolute openness and honesty with simple, darn right, construction competency."

A veteran of World War II, Stan Frankoski served in the U.S. Army’s famed 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), fighting in the mountains of Italy.

When he returned home to Summit, NJ, married Antoinette, relocated to Newark and together they started SP Frankoski. He took pride in his work, and customers appreciated the value of his high-quality craftsmanship at fair prices. Stan’s steadfast commitment to excellence helped the business grow.

In time their sons Joseph, Anthony, and Stan partnered with their father and eventually renamed the business Frankoski Construction in 1977. Over the last 40 years, the business has seen steady growth and is now working with the third generation — still adhering to our founders’ commitment to excellence and personal service.

Our Professionals

Vice President Anthony Frankoski anchors the team of professionals in our southern office, led by Operations Manager John Stock who brings 25 years of business and construction experience to our job sites.

Marketing, Tech Support and Project Management are handled by Ian Frankoski who, along with his cousins in our northern office represents the third generation of the family involved with the company.

Our office is staffed by Crystal Knorr and Jennifer O’Reilly who bring years of combined experience in Customer Relations, Billing and bookkeeping to the company. Their talents ensure that our clients have the best possible experience while dealing with Frankoski Construction South.
